环境：
ubuntu 11.04
Eclipse 3.5.2

官方有相应的语言包插件可供安装，详情请看这里：http://www.eclipse.org/babel/downloads.php
这里只针对Eclipse 3.5.2及3.6版本做测试通过，其它版本未做测试！
首先就是安装新软件，Help>Install New Software，在选择一个站点或者输入一个站点的位置，看下图或者看官方文档：http://help.eclipse.org/indigo/index.jsp?topic=/org.eclipse.platform.doc.user/tasks/tasks-127.htm

Add a new site using the Install/Update > Available Software Sites preference page.
Click the Add... button.
Type a name into the Name text box.
If the software site is located on the web, type the Web Site location (URL) of the site into the Location text box. You may also paste or drag and drop a URL from a web browser into this text box.

根据版本的不同名称选择不同的语言包升级，3.7是INDIGO，3.6是HELIOS，3.5是GALILEO
